If Pro does not unlock (or exports are still locked), use the steps below. For faster support, include a Support bundle.

If Pro is still locked
  1. Click “Refresh entitlements” above.
  2. Hard reload the page (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R).
  3. Make sure cookies are allowed (trial/pro uses cookies).
  4. Try a non-incognito window and disable aggressive tracking protection for this site.
  5. Open “Support bundle” and send the JSON (Summary-only is usually enough).
